Prague, 20 December 2021: MS-INVEST a.s. completes its latest project, “Žižkovské pavlače”.
The Žižkovské pavlače project in Prague directly adjoins Vítkov Park. It is a unique residential complex with sensitively incorporated elements of historical and contemporary architecture, whose location in the wider centre of Prague offers, among other things, good transport links, cultural life and all amenities. The complex has a total of 150 units – apartments and studios in studio to four-room layouts – and two underground floors reserved for parking and cellars. The ground floor will consist of retail and non-residential premises.
