Who we are
MS-INVEST a.s. is a leading Czech development company that has, since its founding in 1998, earned a place among the key players on the Czech property market. In 2021 we modernised our corporate identity and changed our name from Moravská stavební – INVEST, a.s. to MS-INVEST a.s., which better reflects the scope of what we do.
We work across the full range of development activity, chiefly in Prague, Brno and their surrounding areas. Our residential development covers apartment buildings, terraced and detached family houses, and complete residential schemes with all their civic and technical amenities. Our commercial development covers office and retail space, and the preparation of projects for commercial use. Our strategy is to build in growth locations with excellent transport links, and our aim is to consolidate our position as a key developer of mid-sized projects in Prague and Brno.
Over the course of our existence we have successfully delivered more than 5,000 apartments and family houses, over 45,000 m² of retail and office space, and the preparation of more than 200,000 m² of land.
We build on strong values that underpin our work and our relationships with clients and partners — transparency and openness, quality and sustainability. We build exclusively in the Czech Republic, with an emphasis on outstanding quality and on creating pleasant places to live for generations to come.
The MS-INVEST group includes the qualified investors’ fund 3M FUND MSI SICAV. The fund invests in MS-INVEST’s property projects. It is intended for qualified investors looking for attractive returns in property development who want to be part of the MSI Group’s story.
