The atelier CASUA was established in 1991 by Aleš Poděbrad, a civil engineer, and Oleg Haman, an architect. Their goal was to establish an atelier that would not only prepare their own architectural designs but which would also include their design solutions and provide its clients with comprehensive services. It's been 25 years now since that the idea came true, and the atelier CASUA has had a long line of successful projects.

Karlín Group was established in 1997. Currently, the key shareholders of the group are its co-founders Marc Rich Real Estate and Serge Borenstein. In some projects, Karlín Group closely cooperates with Ungelt Partners spol. s.r.o. Its name was inspired by the Prague district of Karlín since we have noticed the amazing genius loci right from the start.

Pelčák a Partner Architekti is an creator’s architectural office. In 2008, it was established by Petr Pelčák who had co-managed the atelier Architekti Hrůša & Pelčák for the previous 15 years and who is a professor at the Faculty of Architecture of the Brno University of Technology, where he also teaches. Therefore, the office has a direct connection to the academic world.

With its headquarters at 2685 Slovenská Street in Zlín – , FORMICA s.r.o. was established at the end of 1992 as a company specialising in building planning, i.e. architectural-urban design, building design and related engineering activities in the construction industry. The founding members of the company were architects Josef Melichárek and Pavel Hanulík and Petr Hrnčiřík, an engineer.
