Prague, 12 December 2020: the Žižkovské pavlače project has reached the structural shell stage.
Construction of the Žižkovské pavlače project is at the structural shell stage: triple-glazed windows have been fitted, the cellar walls are being built, and work is under way on the internal services and the internal partitions of the units.
On completion there will be 150 units for residential and commercial use. Parking will be provided on the building’s two underground floors. Each apartment will also have a cellar.
Construction began in March 2019, and completion and handover to clients is planned for the end of 2021.
