MS-INVEST has had a very successful 2025, strengthening its position on both the development and the investment market.
We started construction of three new projects: Bydlení Kutnohorská in Prague, Bulvár Trnitá in Brno and OC Senohraby near Prague.
In Prague we also obtained final building approval for the Rodinné domy Satalice project, and the Centrum Hostivice project was partially approved.
On the financial side, we carried out a significant bond issue of CZK 611 million with a five-year maturity and a 7.10% p.a. coupon. Raiffeisenbank a.s. acted as manager and arranger of the issue, and the law firm Kocián, Šolc, Balaštík s.r.o. provided legal services to the issuer.
3M FUND MSI amended its statute and strengthened its investor base. The fund moved from annual to quarterly valuation and now allows investors to subscribe for class A investment shares on a continuous basis.
