Rezidence Chodovec announces that it has reached the structural shell milestone.
The development company MS-INVEST is pleased to announce that another of its residential projects has reached the structural shell stage. Rezidence Chodovec is situated in a quiet part of Chodov in Prague, offering the chance to live close to nature while enjoying excellent transport links to the city centre.
At Rezidence Chodovec you can also choose whether to live in one of the 8 family houses or settle in one of the 3 apartment buildings. The family houses have a five-room layout, a double garage, utility rooms and a usable floor area of 289 m². A total of 90 apartments come in various sizes, from cosy one-room units to spacious family homes. There is a commercial unit on the ground floor, and garage spaces for residents will be located on the underground floor.
Construction began in autumn 2023, and we plan to complete and hand over the approved units in spring 2026.
