The development company MS-INVEST announces the successful final building approval of the RD Satalice residential project, which offers attractive family living in a quiet location on the north-eastern edge of Prague. The project comprises 48 modern family houses designed with an emphasis on quality and comfort for the whole family. The houses come in four- and five-room layouts with a usable floor area of up to 160 m², and a terrace. Plots of up to 365 m² provide plenty of space for the whole family.
Satalice boasts excellent access to the centre of Prague, a direct link to public transport and a fast connection to the Prague Ring Road. The area offers a pleasant family environment with plenty of greenery, close to schools, sports facilities and all amenities.
Construction of RD Satalice began in autumn 2023, and the first owners will move in during autumn 2025.
