Prague, 29 March 2022: MS-INVEST a.s. has launched a new project, “RD Ruzyně”, on the Prague property market.
The “RD Ruzyně” development will create a set of 20 family houses in five- to eight-room layouts, comprising 12 terraced houses, 3 semi-detached pairs and 2 detached houses. The houses will stand on plots of 176 to 425 m², with a usable floor area of 146 to 285 m².
Our new project RD Ruzyně is located on Ztracená Street in Prague 6 – Ruzyně. This district is one of the most sought-after among residents for its good transport links to the city centre, as well as its many green spaces and peaceful surroundings.
Construction began in March 2022 and completion is planned for winter 2023. The project’s architect is Hans-Paul architekti s.r.o., the contractor is EKVATOR – RN s.r.o., and the financing institution is Česká spořitelna.
