Prague, September 2024: The RD Satalice residential project has reached the structural shell stage.
The development company MS-INVEST is pleased to announce that the RD Satalice project has reached the structural shell milestone. The new family-house project in Satalice is located on Trabantská Street, set in the quiet surroundings of an outlying part of Prague at an ideal distance from the bustle of the capital.
The development will comprise 61 terraced family houses in four variants with four- to five-room layouts, a usable floor area of up to 138 m² and a terrace. Plots of up to 365 m² offer plenty of space for the whole family. The houses are spacious and connected to the surrounding nature through large windows opening onto a cosy garden.
Construction began in autumn 2023, and completion and handover to the owners is planned for the start of 2026.
