Brno, 19 January 2024: MS-INVEST a.s. completes its first project of 2024.
In January this year, final building approval was granted for phase 2 of the Brno project Palác Trnitá. It created 139 apartments, studios, and retail and office premises. Parking is provided on 2 underground floors and 1 floor above ground.
Across both its phases, this modern multifunctional complex comprises 335 apartments and studios in studio to five-room layouts in its residential part, plus retail and office premises with a total area of 2,100 m² intended for sale. The office part has 8,200 m² of lettable space. The flexible office space will allow open-plan offices, individual offices and various combinations of the two. The building also provides a fitting touch of luxury with private terraces on several floors and a representative lobby, as well as extensive garages with charging stations for electric cars.
The Palác Trnitá development stands out for its unique location. You will find it in Brno’s main development zone, right next to the historic centre, where an entirely new part of the city – the so-called South Quarter – will grow in the coming years. It has great potential thanks to its walking distance from the centre, views of Petrov, the revitalised area of the River Svratka, parks and the new railway station.
