Brno, 25 August 2021: the Palác Trnitá project has reached the structural shell stage.
Construction of the Palác project is at the structural shell stage: the windows have been fitted, work is under way on the plastering and facades, the concrete floors are being poured, and the services of all trades are being installed.
On completion there will be a multifunctional building offering 190 apartments in its residential part and modern office and retail premises in its office part. Parking will be provided on two underground floors and one floor above ground, and charging stations for electric cars will also be available.
Construction began in March 2019, and completion and handover to clients is planned for autumn 2022.
