Brno, 5 June 2024: The OC Lutín project has reached the structural shell stage.
We are delighted to announce that the OC Lutín shopping centre project has reached an important milestone and is now at the structural shell stage. This key stage of construction represents another step towards the completion of a modern, innovative shopping centre that will bring the people of Lutín and the surrounding area a wide range of shops and services.
The shopping centre will offer shops and services of a wide range on an area of more than 2,400 m². Visitors will find 8 outlets, including a supermarket, a drugstore, a pharmacy, a pet shop, a tobacconist, a café and a fast-food outlet; the outdoor area will also feature a car wash.
The construction also includes a spacious car park for more than 60 visitors. The municipality is also planning to create a park right next to the shopping centre, which visitors can use for active recreation or to relax after shopping.
Construction of the OC Lutín shopping centre began in November 2023, and the official opening to visitors is planned for the end of 2024.
