MS-INVEST has started construction of a new shopping centre in the Ivanovice district of Brno. The new OC Kaskády retail park will be strategically located close to two established shopping centres, which significantly enhances its appeal to a broad customer base.
Ivanovice offers basic amenities, including a newly renovated nursery school, a supermarket, restaurants and a squash centre. Thanks to the Svitava feeder road and the proximity of the D1 motorway, OC Kaskády has excellent transport links to the city centre and the surrounding areas.
The construction of OC Kaskády will create more than 20 outlets, including a supermarket, a drugstore, a pharmacy, fast food, a clothing store and many more. Customers will also be able to use a parking garage with a capacity of 101 spaces and outdoor parking for 162 cars.
Construction began in November 2024; final building approval and the opening to visitors are planned for the end of 2025.
