Prague, 16 April 2024. MSI Capital has announced the launch of a new issue of property bonds with a total value of CZK 30,000,000. This is already the sixth issue, building on the successful cooperation with the renowned company MS-INVEST a.s., its strategic partner.
The new property bond issue, named MSI CAPITAL VI – 7.85/28, will be launched on 17 April this year. It will give investors an attractive opportunity to become part of the company’s activities. The nominal value of the bond is set at CZK 10,000, and the issue volume is CZK 30,000,000, with the option of a further increase to CZK 60,000,000.
With a minimum investment of CZK 50,000, the bond is accessible to a wide range of investors. With a fixed yield of 7.85% p.a., paid twice a year, the bond represents an attractive investment opportunity that guarantees investors a stable and reliable return.
The subscription period begins on 17 April 2024 and ends on 30 June 2024, with the option of an extension to 30 June 2025 upon approval of a subsequent base prospectus. The issue, which will be launched in the coming days, matures on 17 April 2028. The bonds will be subscribed in Czech crowns only.
