2024 was a successful year for MS-INVEST!
Over the past year we reached several important milestones:
Completion and final building approval of phase 2 of Palác Trnitá in the centre of Brno, which won first place in the South Moravian Region Building of the Year competition.
The opening of the new OC Lutín shopping centre, which brings a modern retail zone not only to the people of Lutín but also to the surrounding villages.
The laying of the foundation stone of the new OC Kaskády shopping centre in Ivanovice, Brno.
We are also making good progress on our Prague projects – Výhledy Řeporyje, Rezidence Chodovec, Rodinné domy Satalice and Centrum Hostivice – which we plan to complete in 2025.
We continue to offer opportunities to invest in our projects through the 3M FUND MSI SICAV fund and the subscription of MSI Capital bonds.
