MS-INVEST completes another project this year: Centrum Hostivice brings modern housing and amenities
The development company MS-INVEST has successfully completed and obtained final building approval for another of its residential projects this year – Centrum Hostivice. The new apartment complex offers modern urban living right on the edge of Prague, complemented by retail premises and services that will bring the town centre to life.
Centrum Hostivice comprises 5 buildings with apartments in studio to four-room layouts as well as retail and office units. Garage spaces and cellars for residents are located on the underground floor. In total, 90 apartments and more than 30 retail and office units have been created.
Centrum Hostivice is a modern apartment complex designed to give its residents a high quality of life and comfort. It is located in an attractive spot in the centre of the town of Hostivice, close to shops, restaurants, schools, medical facilities and other important infrastructure. Hostivice lies on the western edge of Prague, offering peaceful living away from the bustle of the capital, yet with excellent connections by train, bus or car.
Construction began with the demolition of some of the existing buildings in February 2023; final building approval was granted as planned in November 2025, and the handover of apartments to their new owners will follow. The last part of the project, building A on the site of the former sheepfold, will be completed at the start of 2026.
