Prague, 5 June 2024: The project enters the structural shell stage
We are delighted to announce that the Centrum Hostivice project has successfully reached the structural shell stage. Construction work is proceeding successfully according to schedule. Windows and doors have now been fitted on almost all the buildings, and work is under way on plastering, electrical wiring and central heating. Those interested in a home or commercial premises will soon be able to view the final phase.
Centrum Hostivice comprises 5 buildings with apartments in studio to four-room layouts as well as retail and office units. Garage spaces and cellars for residents are located on the underground floor. Construction began with the demolition of some of the existing buildings in February 2023; the contractor’s completion date is planned for autumn 2025, with final building approval and the handover of apartments to follow. Building A, on the site of the former sheepfold, will be completed at the start of 2026.
