Prague, July 2022: the Byty Laudova project has reached the structural shell stage.
Our Byty Laudova development is at the structural shell stage. Insulation of the building is currently under way, the windows have been fitted, and plastering of the ceilings has begun and is in progress. The main heating, sewerage, ventilation and water systems are complete. Electrical work in the apartments is in progress and plastering of the walls is about to begin. Door frames are being fitted in the apartments. The lift shaft is ready for the installation of the lift to begin. The water connection has just been completed.
On completion there will be an 8-storey building with residential and commercial units, with garage spaces for residents on the first two floors above ground.
Construction began in June 2021, and completion and handover to clients is planned for spring 2023.
