Prague, 15 July 2021: MS-INVEST a.s. has launched a new project, “Byty Laudova”, on the Prague property market, offering new homes in a residential complex in the Řepy district of Prague.
Our new project is located on the edge of the popular Řepy housing estate, where the existing development gives way to a neighbourhood of villas. The building stands at a sufficient distance from the existing buildings, and because the first two floors above ground are used for garage parking, even the lower residential floors will enjoy plenty of light and nothing will disturb your open view in the future. Several nursery schools, several primary schools and the Menza grammar school are within walking distance, as are a range of shops, restaurants, a bowling alley, a fitness club and more. The Metropole Zličín shopping centre, Tesco and Ikea are a short drive away.
The Řepy district of Prague is an increasingly popular place to live. Right next door is the Řepy forest park, used for sport and relaxation, whose landmark is a lookout tower with a slide; the forest park also includes a newly built BMX track. Complete amenities are within walking distance, and public transport links are excellent: the “Motol” station on metro line A is within 10 minutes, trams run to the centre, and there are excellent road connections to the Prague Ring Road and the connecting roads.
The Rezidence Laudova development is a multi-storey building. The two underground floors house garage spaces for residents, the first two floors above ground are intended for commercial premises, and apartments in studio to four-room layouts are located on floors 3 to 9.
Demolition of the original building began in June 2021, and completion and handover to clients is planned for spring 2023. The project’s architect is Archibase s.r.o.
