Prague, 21 November 2022: MS-INVEST a.s. completes its latest project, “Byty Dělnická”.
The Byty Dělnická project created 121 apartments in studio to four-room layouts across 8 floors above ground. Commercial premises were also built on the ground floor. A unique space inside the arcade is an industrial building that can serve, for example, as a studio or exhibition space. Garage spaces and cellars are located on the building’s underground floors. The complex is located in Holešovice, Prague, on the site of a former brewery hardening plant, in a sought-after district with all amenities and excellent transport links.
