Prague, November 2021: the Byty Dělnická project has reached the structural shell stage.
Construction of the Byty Dělnická project is at the structural shell stage: triple-glazed windows have been fitted, the cellar walls are being built, and work is under way on the internal services and the internal partitions of the units.
The new building of apartments and retail premises is being built on the site of a former brewery hardening plant and will offer apartments in studio to four-room layouts. Garage spaces and cellars are located on the building’s underground floors. The project also provides for retail and non-residential premises on the ground floor.
