Three projects, four awards. Moravská stavební – INVEST scored in Property Project of the Year 2017.
In mid-November, the awards ceremony was held for the seventh year of the prestigious competition for the most popular Czech development projects. Three projects by Moravská stavební – INVEST took part and won a total of four awards.
The Prague project Rezidence U Grébovky, whose completion is planned for autumn 2018, won two awards at once, impressing not only the expert jury but the public as well. The other two nominated projects – Rezidence Karolína Plazza in Karlín and Rezidence Riverside in Brno – also took home Public Awards.
Property Project of the Year 2017 draws attention to interesting, high-quality projects currently on offer on the Czech market. The competition is organised by Conventia. The projects are judged by both the general public and industry experts.
