Moravská stavební – INVEST, a.s. presents a new project, “Rezidence Riverside”
Brno, 11 July 2017: Moravská stavební – INVEST, a.s., in cooperation with the Cimex Invest s.r.o. group, has launched a new project called “Rezidence Riverside” on the Brno property market. This apartment building will offer 86 apartments.
Rezidence Riverside is an extension of the Voroněž hotel complex. It has 8 floors above ground, with the apartments located from the 2nd floor upwards. One underground floor and the first floor above ground will hold 34 garage spaces and 56 parking spaces. In total there are 86 apartments in studio to four-room layouts. The high share of small apartments is an opportunity above all for investment, but young couples and families with children can also find their home here.
Rezidence Riverside is located in the wider centre of the South Moravian metropolis, on the corner of Poříčí and Bauerova Streets, right next to the Brno Exhibition Centre. Completion of the project is planned for autumn 2018. The general contractor is Moravská stavební – INVEST a.s., the building contractor is PŘEMYSL VESELÝ stavební a inženýrská činnost s.r.o., and the financing institution is Waldviertler SPARKASSE.
