Moravská stavební – INVEST, a.s. presents a new project, “Byty Dělnická”
Prague, 15 January 2020: Moravská stavební – INVEST, a.s. has launched a new project, “Byty Dělnická”, on the Prague property market, offering new homes in a residential complex in Holešovice, Prague.
Byty Dělnická is a few minutes from the centre of Prague, in a district with all amenities and excellent transport links. Holešovice is bounded on one side by the Vltava and on the other by Stromovka Park and the Letná gardens. The Prague Market and the Holešovice Exhibition Grounds are within walking distance of the project.
The new building of apartments and retail premises is being built on the site of a former brewery hardening plant and will offer apartments in studio to four-room layouts. South-facing apartments on the top floors will have views of the Vltava and the skyline of Prague Castle or Vítkov Park. Garage spaces and cellars are located on the building’s underground floors.
The project also provides for retail and non-residential premises on the ground floor. A unique space inside the arcade will be an industrial building that could in future serve, for example, as a studio or exhibition space.
Demolition of the original building began in July 2019, and completion and handover to clients is planned for summer 2023. The project’s architect is Studio Acht, the contractor is Casta, and the financing institution is UniCredit Bank.
