Moravská stavební – INVEST, a.s. presents a new project, “Žižkovské pavlače”
Prague, 1 August 2019: Moravská stavební – INVEST, a.s. has launched a new project, “Žižkovské pavlače”, on the Prague property market.
The Žižkovské pavlače development consists of a set of several apartment buildings that impress with their sophisticated architecture and their ability to respect and enrich the existing development. The project sensitively preserves the original historical buildings, complemented by current building technology as part of a complex of modern buildings. The result is an exceptional project that will appeal to lovers of different architectural styles. Žižkovské pavlače will be an ecological and energy-efficient building.

The project offers a total of 141 apartments and studios in studio to four-room layouts, located on floors 1 to 8. Each unit will also have a cellar. Construction began in March 2019, and completion and handover to clients is planned for the end of 2022. The project’s architect is Dimenze 11, the contractor is PORR, the financing institution is Česká spořitelna, and the financial partner is RSBC.
