Moravská stavební – INVEST, a.s. presents a new project, “Rezidence U Grébovky”
Prague, 3 April 2017: Moravská stavební – INVEST, a.s. has launched a new project, “Rezidence U Grébovky”, on the Prague property market. It is an apartment building with 27 apartments and 2 commercial units.
Rezidence U Grébovky comprises 27 apartments in studio to four-room layouts and two commercial units at street level. Parking in the underground garage is provided for every apartment. The mix of apartments is designed to appeal to young couples and families with children, but also as an investment opportunity. The building is situated on the corner of Ctiradova and Vlastislavova Streets in Nusle, Prague 4. Náměstí Bratří Synků, which offers all amenities and, thanks to its tram connections, excellent access to the centre, is in the immediate vicinity. One of the stations of the future metro line D is planned right on Náměstí Bratří Synků and will connect metro line C at Pankrác with metro line A at Náměstí Míru.
The building looks out on the Gröbe Villa in the nearby Havlíčkovy sady park, which also inspired the project’s name.
Construction began in February 2017 and completion is planned for summer 2018. The general contractor is Moravská stavební – INVEST a.s., the building contractor is Ridera stavební, a.s., and the financing institution is Artesa, spořitelní družstvo.
