Moravská stavební – INVEST, a.s. enters the capital market with its second bond issue
Prague, 2 October 2017: Moravská stavební – INVEST, a.s. today launched a public offering of a bond issue with a nominal value of CZK 250,000,000, maturing in November 2022. It has once again appointed Conseq Investment Management, a.s. as lead manager of the bond issue, with C Corporate Finance spol. s r.o. as its financial adviser.
The bonds bear a fixed interest rate of 5.5% p.a., with the coupon paid annually. The nominal value of one bond has been set at CZK 1, with a minimum investment of CZK 20,000. The first phase of the public offering runs from 2 October 2017 to 23 November 2017. “We were very pleased by the great interest investors showed in our purely Czech development company on the occasion of our first-ever bond issue at the turn of 2016/2017. The issue was fully subscribed at the time, in the amount of CZK 320,000,000, and in a relatively short period, which became the impulse for us to carry out a further bond issue, whose public offering is now under way,” says Petr Malík, Chief Financial Officer of Moravská stavební – INVEST, a.s., of the bond issue. The bonds will be issued as book-entry securities in the Central Securities Depository.
The proceeds of the bond issue will be used for investments in development projects in preparation and for the refinancing of certain liabilities of the MSI Group, i.e. Moravská stavební – INVEST, a.s. and the other companies belonging to the group.
