Coming soon, the new project “Residence U Grébovky” from Moravská stavební – INVEST, a.s.
Prague, 3. 4. 2017: Moravská stavební – INVEST, a.s has launched a new project called “Residence U Grébovky” onto the Prague real estate market. It is a block of flats with 27 flats and 2 commercial premises.
The project Rezidence U Grébovky includes 27 flats 1+kitchenette – 4+kitchenette and two commercial premises at street level. The project guarantees that each flat has a parking place in underground garages. The composition of flats is designed to be attractive to young couples, families with children but also as an investment opportunity. The house is situated on the corner of Ctiradova and Vlastislavova Streets in Nusle, Prague 4. Náměstí Bratří Synků is in the immediate vicinity. It provides all public facilities and, thanks to the tram stop, provides great accessibility to the centre. One of the stations of the future metro D is planned to be right on Náměstí Bratří Synků. It will link metro line C – Pankrác and metro line A – Náměstí Míru.
The house has a view of Gröb Villa which is situated close to Havlíčkovy sady (Havlíček Gardens) and which was also an inspiration for the project’s name.
The construction was started in the course of February 2017, and its completion is planned for summer 2018. Moravská stavební – INVEST a.s. is the general supplier; the company Ridera stavební, a.s is the contractor and Artesa, spořitelní družstvo is the financing institution.
